Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of high-value enterprise SaaS accounts to drive expansion ARR, maximize net revenue retention, ensure product adoption and customer outcomes, negotiate commercial terms, lead executive engagement, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver long-term account value.

Lead and optimize Managed Detection and Response (MDR) operations, manage SOC shift schedules and on-call rotations, coordinate incident response and escalations, coach and develop team members, report operational metrics, improve processes and tooling, ensure compliance with security and privacy policies, and maintain customer-facing service quality and documentation.

Design, build, and maintain Databricks-based data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Python and SQL. Run high-volume outbound cold-calling campaigns to US businesses, open conversations, qualify prospects, book qualified meetings, follow up via phone/email/LinkedIn, and log outcomes in the CRM to hit activity and meeting targets.

Support media planning across TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH and emerging media by compiling research, developing audience insights, producing tactical plan components (flow charts, spreadsheets, budgets), and collaborating with cross-functional teams while learning proprietary planning tools and industry trends.

Provide confidential executive support to the Secretary-General: manage calendar, communications, meetings, records and travel; prepare briefings, correspondence and minutes; establish tracking and follow-up systems; supervise support staff as needed; and support office operations and strategic initiatives on a voluntary part-time basis.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models; collaborate with analysts and data scientists to provision prepared datasets; implement data quality, governance and monitoring; recommend technologies; lead root-cause analysis, code reviews and testing; mentor teammates and support production data environments.
