The Director of Executive and Internal Communications will lead and optimize Sprinklr's communications strategy, focusing on executive messaging, internal engagement, and narrative consistency across channels.

Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from outbound prospecting through closing strategic deals. Conduct consultative, value-based conversations, tailor solutions, build pipeline, forecast accurately, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue teams. The role focuses on helping B2B brands improve social media ROI, employee advocacy, and measurement.

Oversee software initiative portfolios by maintaining roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, capacity, risks, governance, dashboards, and executive reporting. Configure and implement Sparx EA, Prolaborate, Pro Cloud Server, and related enterprise architecture tools. Responsibilities include interpreting user requirements, developing UML profiles and MDG extensions, programming JavaScript, creating automation scripts and add-ins, building report templates, and supporting upgrades, monitoring, DevOps coordination, and troubleshooting. The role requires enterprise architecture framework knowledge, SQL reporting, AWS expertise, REST API automation, and independent collaboration on CMS modernization efforts.
