Provide organization-wide technical leadership for Carlsmed’s personalized spine surgery software platform. Define platform architecture, technical vision, standards, governance, and technology strategy. Guide Node.js microservices, GraphQL federation, React applications, PostgreSQL solutions, APIs, distributed systems, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Mitigate technical risks, lead major architectural decisions, collaborate with senior leadership, and mentor senior engineers and technical leads.

Leads automotive programs across the full product lifecycle, from award and development through supplier selection, launch, production, and post-production review. Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciles bank, credit card, vendor, and general ledger accounts, reviews financial records, maintains vendor tax documentation, resolves discrepancies, and supports audits and reporting. The role also partners with internal teams and identifies opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

Serve as the primary general ledger accountant for acquired companies undergoing transition. Clean up accounts, reconcile balance sheets, implement accruals and reclasses, map charts of accounts, support ERP migrations, improve AP and inventory processes, and maintain audit-ready records. Train onsite staff, document procedures, automate manual workflows, support reporting and due diligence, and hand off stabilized accounting operations to ongoing finance teams.

Lead full-custom analog and mixed-signal layout for advanced CMOS silicon platforms, including PLLs, converters, regulators, and high-speed I/O. Define layout methodologies, drive parasitic-aware implementation, own DRC/LVS and physical verification closure, and support tape-out readiness. Collaborate with circuit, physical design, process technology, and design kit teams on floorplanning, PDK qualification, and post-layout analysis. Mentor engineers and coordinate contractors while establishing scalable physical design roadmaps across silicon programs.

Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Studio, Higharc’s browser-based 2D and 3D design environment. Lead authoring workflows, user discovery, engineering partnerships, quality standards, product metrics, and integrations with estimating, purchasing, and sales. The role requires experience shipping complex interactive software, technical fluency, strong cross-functional communication, and familiarity with design tools, CAD, BIM, or browser-based 3D technologies.

Leads IT strategy, staff, budget, vendors, network infrastructure, disaster recovery, and Microsoft 365 administration. Owns a bifurcated AI environment, including commercial and government-cloud platforms, access controls, DLP, monitoring, governance, and employee enablement. Drives CMMC Level 2 readiness, NIST SP 800-171 implementation, DFARS compliance, incident reporting, security policies, vendor assessments, vulnerability scanning, exercises, and remediation. The role is hands-on, on-site, and requires Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Manage daily Singapore office administration, including facilities, supplies, assets, vendors, procurement, logistics, warehouse coordination, contracts, invoices, client reception, travel, team activities, onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, and work pass compliance. Support overseas projects and headquarters with document submissions. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, multitasking, bilingual English and Chinese communication, and preferably knowledge of Singapore labor laws, MOM policies, CPF, tax filing, and work pass applications.
