Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting workpapers for REITs, partnerships, and joint ventures. Maintain compliance schedules, manage tax payments and notices, maintain fixed asset roll forwards, and drive process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely tax compliance.

Promote and sell senior healthcare services to referral partners, build and maintain relationships, meet sales targets, provide training and support, collaborate with healthcare professionals, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance and compassionate service for older adults.

Manage front office operations including reception, mail, purchasing, equipment service agreements, petty cash, investor portals, owner distributions, Visa card setup, and supervise administrative staff.

Prepare and process accurate customer invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain billing records, support Project Accounting and Operations, track invoice status, assist customers and regional teams, and support reporting, audits, and process improvements to ensure timely cash flow and billing compliance.

Lead and manage a door-to-door canvassing team to generate leads and local awareness. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate representatives, attend management meetings, track/report ROI metrics, and represent the company in face-to-face community marketing efforts to meet business objectives.
