Produce social, campaign, event, web, email, apparel, and production-ready assets; build templates and systems; collaborate with content and brand leadership; iterate on creative using feedback and performance data; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup. Initial three-month contract with potential for full-time conversion.

Design and deliver high-performing creative across paid and owned channels. Rapidly concept and execute digital ads, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns. Partner with growth marketing, writers, animators, and brand systems to maintain visual fidelity while optimizing for performance. Test, iterate, and share performance insights to evolve creative strategy and unlock new channels.

Designs and produces platform-specific social media content (photo, video, motion graphics, GIFs, templates, and copy). Owns end-to-end production from ideation to post-production, collaborates with stakeholders and agencies, schedules and posts content, attends events for live coverage, maintains asset libraries, and ensures brand, legal, and regulatory compliance.

Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration; conduct site visits and resolve on-site issues; mentor junior staff; present to clients and review boards; ensure code, zoning, accessibility compliance; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to maintain design integrity and technical accuracy.

Create and adapt branded creative assets across digital and print from brief to delivery. Produce photography, video, motion design, illustration, icons, web HTML, presentations, and marketing collateral while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Create print and digital visual assets (brand identity, websites, social, email, presentations, animation/video). Translate technical information into clear visuals, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing and brand initiatives.

Lead and grow Kindred's product design and research team, own end-to-end web and mobile member experience, set design vision and strategy, build design systems and AI-native workflows, partner cross-functionally (product, engineering, marketing), and raise the craft and trust in a marketplace-driven consumer product.

Create packaging and digital assets (web, Amazon, social, banners), prepare print‑ready files, design point‑of‑purchase and sales materials, collaborate with brand teams, follow technical specs, and manage multiple projects to meet timelines. On‑site role supporting branded and private‑label products.

Lead and execute human factors evaluations to support design and certification of eVTOL aircraft and ground control stations. Develop task analyses, identify high-risk scenarios, plan studies, collect/interpret subjective and physiological data, and provide design and requirements recommendations across cross-functional teams.

Own end-to-end product design for AI-native healthcare experiences across operators, clinics, and patients. Drive design system maintenance, ship high-quality UI/UX tied to commercial metrics, partner with Product and Engineering, prototype and vibe-code, and scale interactions that improve ARR, retention, and expansion.
