Translate complex technical requirements into clear UX/UI, own end-to-end design from concepts to production-ready designs, evolve the design system, prototype with AI tools, learn from customers, and advocate for design across the company.

Lead end-to-end user experience design for web and native mobile products, running research, building rapid prototypes and production frontend code, evolving the design system, leveraging AI-native workflows, and partnering with PMs, engineers, and analysts to drive user-centered, outcome-focused product improvements.

Lead the evolution of the design system to enhance product development efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, maintain standards, and support teams in system adoption.

Own end-to-end product design for Treeswift's web platform and hardware interfaces. Translate user research and field workflows into prototypes and polished interfaces, build and maintain a scalable design system, and partner closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to ship and iterate on data-dense, geospatial workflows.

Participate in an in-home study by installing two video-only devices for 7–10 days, share at least 120 hours of footage per device, review and delete clips on a provided laptop, and provide consent for yourself and other adult household members. Devices are delivered and picked up at your home; must live in the Boston area and be comfortable using a computer and communicating in English.

Develop and evolve brand systems, create multimedia narratives and marketing materials, refine digital experiences and UI polish, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and steward brand consistency and performance.

Produce scalable Figma-first digital publications, responsive campaign assets, and event touchpoints. Maintain and promote templates and interactive component libraries, integrate AI workflows, improve tooling and processes, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver on-brand, high-conversion creative.

The Senior UX Designer will lead the design of innovative digital products, conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into product improvements, focusing on user-centered solutions for enterprise clients.
