Provide responsive customer support to property managers and residents through email, phone, and Salesforce Service Cloud. Resolve issues, maintain accurate account information, support technical product questions, meet customer satisfaction and quality metrics, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires effective communication, proactive problem-solving, collaboration, organization, and availability for a Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. EST schedule in a remote-first environment.

Manage hourly L1 and L2 support agents, including performance, development, retention, scheduling, and staffing.
