Lead architecture and delivery of end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, manage client engagements and teams, align MDM implementations with business objectives, mentor staff, and maintain quality and governance across data operations and stewardship.

Establishes and operationalizes enterprise data governance, stewardship, quality controls, metadata, lineage, and master data management practices. Supports Customer 360, golden records, regulatory compliance, AI readiness, and responsible AI initiatives. Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade data pipelines and products for healthcare and marketing datasets. Implement data models, Airflow workflows, data-quality controls, and PHI/PII privacy controls. Collaborate with product, analytics, and platform teams to support audience discovery, segmentation, activation, measurement, and reporting.

Lead the architecture and development of Vercel’s next-generation data platform, supporting batch and real-time integrations, analytics, data warehousing, and AI/ML workloads. Design scalable systems using Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake; establish data governance and security standards; guide architectural decisions and roadmaps; collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and leadership teams; write production code; and mentor engineers.

Lead complex data analyses, develop statistical models, write advanced SQL, build data models and dashboards, and establish technical standards for analytics. Own the company’s metric registry and canonical definitions, resolve conflicting metrics, enforce definitions in semantic and catalog systems, and retire redundant reporting assets. Build data quality checks, route failures to accountable owners, and evaluate AI agents against ground truth. Enable trustworthy self-service analytics through governed data. The role requires strong SQL, production ownership of a semantic or metrics layer, data catalog or lineage experience, clear documentation, and cross-functional decision-making.

Define and govern enterprise-scale data architecture across batch, streaming, warehouse, lakehouse, transactional, and AI use cases. Establish standards for data quality, lineage, access, cataloging, governance, observability, and SLAs. Architect AI-enabled workflows, resolve complex architecture issues, influence roadmaps, and mentor engineers through hands-on technical leadership.
