Contract remote .NET/Kentico web developer to build interactive, dynamic websites. Requires front-end web development experience and familiarity with the Kentico CMS. Six-week engagement.

Manage a geographic territory to prospect, retain, and grow SMB customers using consultative, knowledge-based selling. Build account plans, drive profitability, launch products with marketing, handle CRM/pricing/administrative tasks, and travel overnight as needed.

Prospect and qualify builders, remodelers, and contractors in Central Tennessee to generate qualified opportunities and first orders. Maintain target account coverage, conduct meetings and jobsite visits, log activity in HubSpot, support Account Managers and Outside Sales, and help convert early-stage opportunities into sales.

Design and produce digital and print marketing materials to maintain and evolve brand identity across venues. Collaborate with Marketing Manager, CEO, and venue teams on campaigns, menus, signage, merchandise, and event collateral. Format assets for social, print, and TV screens, attend marketing meetings, meet deadlines, and support brand consistency.

Combine accounting duties (AR/AP, contract invoicing, month-end close, sales tax) with office management and HR/payroll coordination. Manage vendor onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, facilities, media support, travel logistics, and compliance tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Serve as primary contact and advocate for RCM clients, manage a portfolio of small- and mid-market accounts, drive onboarding, monitor KPIs and financial metrics, resolve issues, recommend revenue cycle optimizations, coordinate cross-functional teams, support growth/bookings, and ensure compliance with billing standards.

Lead school non-instructional systems to enable teaching: manage finances, compliance, facilities, transportation, vendors, enrollment data, and a 2-3 person operations team; ensure operational fidelity, support events and assessments, and partner on hiring and budgets.

Design and deliver mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing systems as Engineer of Record. Prepare construction drawings and specifications, ensure code compliance, perform load calculations, equipment selection, site and drawing reviews, support proposals, lead internal teams, and evaluate facility systems to develop owner solutions.

Provide frontline clinical application support: troubleshoot and resolve HelpDesk tickets, manage user access and credentials, assist providers with EPCS and MFA, coordinate escalations with vendors and internal teams, and support IT projects.

Provide federal and state tax credit and incentives advisory support including R&D tax credit analyses, employee retention credits, and related evaluations. Collect and organize client data, interview technical personnel, manage engagement status, assemble final deliverables, and support complex credit scenarios. Serve as lead client contact and contribute to engagement planning and project management.
