Lead and code fullstack features for the EVV team, provide technical leadership and mentoring, design and execute automated tests, monitor and troubleshoot production, contribute to product technical roadmap, and leverage AI-assisted development tools.

Manage and grow an established portfolio of higher education clients across the Midwest/Great Lakes. Partner with business leaders to discover, prioritize, and design AI and automation solutions. Elicit and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria; oversee implementation, UAT, and adoption; ensure governance, responsible AI practices, and measurable value realization while optimizing processes and driving change management.

Lead Salesforce administration and data quality efforts, manage data model transformations and integrations (FormAssembly, WordPress), handle support tickets and training, create documentation and user enablement, oversee external data collection processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to build a data-driven culture.

Serve as the technical bridge between Customer Success and Engineering: triage and resolve customer issues, perform root cause analysis, produce implementation-ready solutions, manage change control and feature flagging, support ITIL incident/problem/change processes, monitor SLOs, and drive continuous improvement through documentation and trend analysis.

Design, build, and maintain Scala-based ETL and streaming data pipelines, APIs, and data microservices in Azure. Optimize LLM fine-tuning and RAG workflows, support DevOps/CI-CD practices, document standards, mentor engineers, and manage data ingestion frameworks for analytics and partner integrations.
