The Data Analyst will analyze and manage asset and policy data, support project tasks, and create performance metrics and reports for the client.

The Data Analyst develops metrics and data analysis products, analyzes complex data sets, and produces visualizations to support business decision-making.

Support and optimize clinical and business applications: analyze needs, evaluate releases, perform workflow assessments, develop and execute test plans, manage incidents/changes, provide on-call support, and coordinate application-related projects and implementations.

Partner with stakeholders to analyze process changes, identify segmentation and process improvement opportunities, and present strategy, impact analyses and test results. Perform root-cause and trend analysis, contribute to predictive modeling and analytics, maintain policy/change documentation, act as SME for strategy areas, and drive resolution and change with cross-functional partners and leadership.
