The role involves integrating emerging technologies across NATO operational domains, conducting research, and developing strategies for decision-making and capability assessment.

Design and assess security architectures for Navy maintenance systems. Perform security assessments, risk analyses, MLS solutions, and support secure software development using DoD/DoN IA rules and security technologies (PKI, VPN, firewalls, IDS). Work in classified environments and liaise with development and operations teams to implement compliance and mitigation measures.

Lead architecture and design of cybersecurity solutions for federal networks, focusing on hardening systems, reducing attack surface, Zero Trust, cloud and IoT security, A&O, identity and access management, product selection, and guiding senior leaders to mature cybersecurity capabilities.
