Entry-level rotational IT and Digital Technology program featuring three 12-month rotations across software development, enterprise systems, infrastructure services, information security, and data analytics. Participants gain technical experience, business exposure, and professional networking while supporting digital foundation, optimization, and customer experience initiatives.

Support planning, development, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Computational Pipeline Monitoring (CPM) and related SCADA/batch tracking systems. Assist control center and field operations with leak investigations, threshold/model reviews, troubleshooting, training, and vendor coordination. Maintain CPM hardware, participate in projects and upgrades, attend industry R&D events, complete Operator Qualification training, and provide 24/7 on-call rotational support.

Support enterprise data and analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric: build data pipelines, design lakehouse/warehouse models, develop Power BI reports and semantic models, assist exploratory AI use cases, document data flows, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
