Paid hands-on internship in TV engineering and production. Interns train in production (floor directing, camera operation, prompter, editing, directing), air/master control operations, broadcast engineering (installation/repair/support), and IT. Lead data spill response, system sanitization, documentation, and audit readiness while collaborating with security stakeholders in a 100% onsite classified area.

Lead and manage classified IT infrastructure in SCIFs: patch RHEL systems, deploy endpoint protection and Splunk forwarders, maintain VMware/vSphere and NetApp storage, perform Exchange and WSUS operations, support RMF packages and audits, and collaborate with security stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, mission-critical system availability.

Provide in-person, phone and email IT support for office and field staff; troubleshoot networks, email, file/print services, IP telephony and mobile devices; maintain hardware inventory; assist onboarding; log and resolve issues via ticketing system; perform hardware/software upgrades and configure Fortinet products. Maintain knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure/AWS, networking and cabling.
