Manages project lifecycle execution, governance, risks, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, communications, change adoption, and performance reporting. Manages Cisco routing, switching, wireless, VoIP, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, security appliances, DNS, DHCP, and related systems. Leads complex network implementations, supports hardware and software upgrades, maintains security standards, documents technical work, collaborates with IT teams and service providers, and contributes to long-term network planning and project delivery.

Provide escalated IT support across endpoints, identity, Microsoft 365, networking, security, collaboration tools, and conference-room AV. Manages PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain applications, production support, upgrades, quality assurance, release maintenance, and software development lifecycle processes. Leads systems analysts and developers, oversees vendors and solution delivery, supports SOX controls, and partners with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and executive stakeholders on strategy and roadmaps. Responsible for staffing, budgeting, project prioritization, issue resolution, team mentoring, and performance management.

Analyze, design, develop, test, install, and maintain application software and databases. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, evaluate products, create project documentation, manage projects, and deliver user training. Interact with users, vendors, and contractors to select and implement solutions.

Provide IT support for Windows desktops/laptops, servers, VOIP phones and peripherals; troubleshoot OS and applications; perform remote support, patching and deployments; monitor systems, manage assets and tickets; document procedures; participate in after-hours on-call rotation; maintain audited environment processes; collaborate with team and end users.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms, manage Intune device policies, perform imaging and lifecycle support, troubleshoot identity/email/device issues, support AD/Azure AD, track incidents in Jira, create runbooks, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams.
