The Revenue Operations Manager will build systems and processes for go-to-market teams, maintaining pipeline visibility and ensuring accurate revenue forecasts. They will manage Salesforce and revenue tech stack, develop reporting infrastructure, and drive operational efficiency while supporting global initiatives.

Manage complex IT and company-wide projects from planning through implementation. Create and maintain project plans, budgets, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and PMO artifacts. Lead technical vision and roadmap for Civis's data platform and AI products. Serve as a hands-on, player-coach guiding architecture, delivery, and team growth (~15 people). Drive AI-centric tooling and practices, represent technology externally, evaluate technologies and partnerships, and support sales and executive decision-making.

Partner with individuals, families, and business owners to create personalized financial plans covering investments, insurance, retirement, and wealth management. Build and grow a client base via networking and referrals, conduct discovery meetings, present tailored recommendations, and maintain long-term client relationships while staying current on industry trends.

Monitor FAA operational sources to analyze national airspace system (NAS) impacts, produce traffic management forecasts/briefings, provide weather forecasts, recommend flight planning mitigations, and communicate NAS updates to operations and external stakeholders. Work onsite in the Global Command Center, collaborate with Flight Planning and NBAA ATS, and maintain industry best practices.

Support end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation by configuring the Allego platform, training customer admins, tracking project deliverables, maintaining Salesforce records, coordinating cross-functionally, and improving implementation processes and documentation.

Lead hyperscaler integration strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP) for Veeam, represent partnerships, influence cross-product roadmaps, mentor product advisors, resolve complex integration escalations, advocate architectural standards, and engage industry stakeholders through presentations and advisory work.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for core engineering roles (hardware, embedded, controls, mechanical, robotics, software). Act as the senior on-site recruiting owner, partner with engineering leadership on role scoping and sourcing, manage candidate experience through closing, build hiring processes and metrics, and navigate ITAR-related compliance in coordination with Legal/People.
