Support FP&A and corporate finance across WaterBridge and LandBridge by building financial models, forecasts, valuation analyses, and supporting M&A, investor relations, treasury, and management reporting.

Perform R&D to design, fabricate, test and prototype optical fiber and high-power fiber laser technologies. Conduct experiments, analyze data, characterize glass/fibers/coatings, improve fiber designs and manufacturing processes, interface with production and commercial teams, and support technical roadmaps and product development.

Drive new business within commercial segments by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Analyze executive questions using financial, operational, sales, and customer data; reconcile inconsistent sources; build models and variance analyses; deliver recommendations and board-quality reporting. Lead cross-functional CEO initiatives, support acquisition integration and diligence, coordinate executive office continuity, and manage confidential information. Create visualizations, project plans, executive presentations, and reporting architecture while partnering with senior leaders across finance, operations, IT, and corporate functions.

Leads the enterprise-wide audit and compliance program, establishing controls, policies, risk assessments, audit plans, reporting, and remediation processes. Conducts audits, monitors regulatory and contractual compliance, advises executive leadership, and partners across functions to strengthen accountability. Supports acquisition due diligence and integration, develops compliance dashboards, provides training, and drives continuous improvement across business units and locations.

Develop and maintain modern, data-driven full-stack .NET web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance improvements, source control, documentation, and solution design. The role collaborates with internal customers, supports process improvements, and follows software development standards.
