Dialership is a virtual, unpaid summer program (June–August 2027) where participants attend two weekly sessions to learn about business functions (sales, engineering, marketing, product, AI, etc.), network with leaders, get resume/LinkedIn feedback, and receive a certificate upon completion. Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of two-way LOS integrations. Define technical requirements, manage partner relationships, support engineering and delivery teams, and ensure timely, high-quality integrations (Encompass, Empower, NetOxygen, Vesta, etc.) for strategic accounts.

Lead operational delivery for Special Programs, managing 30–40 consultants via 4–5 managers. Own program health, timelines, quality standards, capacity planning, escalations, and executive client relationships. Coach first-line managers, perform performance management, review deliverables for technical rigor, and mitigate delivery risks to ensure client satisfaction across multiple compliance frameworks.

Lead design and optimisation of in-country supply chains across African countries to ensure devices reach learners and remain operational. Oversee geospatial mapping, route planning, warehouse and repair centre placement, forward and reverse logistics, repairs/refurbishment strategies, inventory tracking, asset security, and e-waste management. Build data-driven systems, SOPs, dashboards, training, and certifications, and manage local logistics partners to sustain long-term, scalable program operations.

Audit and reconcile marketing and lead data end-to-end, maintain campaign tracking and platform integrations, troubleshoot data flow issues, manipulate large datasets to identify discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate marketing-to-intake reporting.

Own full new-logo enterprise sales cycle across assigned territory: build and manage pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, lead discovery and solution presentations, close complex multi-stakeholder deals, forecast weekly, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Drive new and existing business for labels and envelopes within the Greater Grand Rapids territory. Prospect, present, price, negotiate, close deals, manage accounts, and coordinate with production to ensure order fulfillment. Participate in a six-month training program in Milwaukee before working independently in-territory, traveling daily to meet clients.
