Manage enablement operations for K-8 math and science products, serving as product SME, owning projects, knowledge management, enablement resources, and cross-functional execution to support field teams and drive adoption.

Deliver live simulated scenarios using digital avatars to help learners practice interpersonal skills. Portray varied personalities, facilitate debriefs, score performance, complete operational tasks, and provide excellent customer-service hosting. Must adapt to proprietary technology, follow policies, and meet scheduling, training, and connectivity requirements for overnight shifts.

Lead global renewal strategy and operations to maximize retention. Design cross-functional processes, AI-driven analytics, early-warning indicators, and annual planning. Align Sales, Finance, Field Engineering, and Marketing, advise senior leadership, and manage a team to scale renewal lifecycle improvements.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to the CEO: manage scheduling, travel, expenses, board meeting logistics, capture action items, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and executive events, and drive special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Verify candidate information by contacting academic institutions, employers, military organizations, and references. Handle inbound/outbound calls, document findings accurately, escalate complex cases, follow quality guidelines, and use multiple computer applications to maintain data integrity for client reports.
