The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, analytical ability, project execution skills, and business understanding across sales and marketing processes.

Leads IT operations across change management, service desk, end-user support, incident and problem management, infrastructure monitoring, operational security, compliance, vendors, assets, and team development. Chairs the Change Advisory Board, oversees 24/7 operations, manages audit readiness for SOC and PCI controls, drives SLA and uptime performance, and provides executive-level operational reporting. This remote leadership role requires building scalable processes and developing a multifunctional IT operations team.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle moderate- to high-complexity property and casualty claims. Responsibilities include determining coverage and liability, evaluating damages and reserves, managing defense counsel and experts, developing settlement strategies, identifying subrogation and risk-transfer opportunities, documenting claim activity, communicating with insureds and stakeholders, and monitoring excess claims. Partners with technical and business teams to optimize workflows, reduce manual work, improve adoption, document standards, and resolve platform issues.
