Supervise outside counsel and manage complex litigation across multiple business lines. Evaluate files, pursue settlement, review motions and briefs, conduct legal research, attend hearings and trials, and ensure compliance with professional responsibility and insurance law.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting roles: source, screen, interview, and manage candidates/consultants; collaborate with sales and stakeholders; maintain candidate records in Bullhorn and support business development.
