Build and lead Johnson Controls’ global demand planning organization for its Data Center business across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Own the consolidated demand forecast in units and dollars, establish statistical forecasting and accuracy processes, lead consensus demand reviews, and connect demand planning with S&OP, manufacturing capacity, finance, sales, product management, and supplier requirements. Greet clients and guests, manage multi-line phones and scheduling, assist administrative and legal staff with filing, records, calendaring, and office duties; maintain confidentiality and support practice management tools.

Completes a 10-week supply chain internship at a U.S. manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include leading projects, managing raw material and finished goods flow, and planning production schedules to improve efficiency and meet business requirements.
