Own and build a full-funnel demand engine to drive net-new pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue. Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (ABM, paid social, search, email), improve conversion rates across MQL→SQL→Closed Won, build landing pages and automation, and align closely with Sales to increase demo volume and pipeline velocity.

Manage timely submission of electronic invoices and accruals, oversee client transitions to e-billing, handle high-volume complex submissions, liaise between attorneys and clients, maintain billing data and systems, execute accruals and budgets, perform QA and reporting, train and lead staff, and resolve client issues to ensure compliance with client-specific e-billing requirements.

Maintain and audit clinical templates, treatment plans, and documentation standards; translate regulatory updates into product requirements; create user stories; support UAT/QA; educate product, UX, and engineering; and partner with implementation, legal, and quality teams to support audits and customer validation.

Oversee affiliate payments, audits, UI, deferred revenue, month-end close, tax compliance, registered agents, AP, credit card reconciliation, lender reporting, and lead ad-hoc projects while collaborating with accounting staff and external stakeholders.

Develops account plans for top target contractor accounts, manages project pipeline and forecasts in SFDC, aligns with national accounts and marketing, conducts training, and generates demand through targeted market plans. Requires regional travel.

Lead Tides' PMO and digital transformation efforts: govern project delivery, drive change management, align stakeholders, manage testing/training and budgets, coach teams, and ensure adoption of systems and processes.
