Supports month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, inventory and cost accounting, internal controls, and audit support. Partners with operations and finance teams to resolve accounting issues, improve reporting, identify control gaps, and streamline processes. Provides backup oversight for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash application, and collections while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

Designs, documents, analyzes, and validates electrical systems and controls for custom orders, existing products, and new product development. Supports production and field troubleshooting, component substitutions, root-cause investigations, engineering changes, supplier evaluations, and product improvements. Develops schematics, bills of material, specifications, and validation procedures while ensuring compliance with electrical and machine-safety standards. Collaborates with customers, manufacturing, purchasing, applications, service, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Leads all finance and accounting functions for the Commercial Snow and Ice division. Provides strategic financial guidance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, audit and SOX compliance oversight, M&A support, and financial analysis for business initiatives.
