Translate client feedback into playbooks, knowledge base content, and product requirements while mentoring peers and improving processes to boost NPS and lower time-to-resolution.

Own a portfolio of clients to improve AI visibility (GEO) and retention. Lead biweekly engagements, analyze Yolando platform data to produce strategic recommendations, partner with content to drive AI-citable content, build repeatable playbooks, deliver executive reporting, master AI tooling, and identify upsell opportunities to grow accounts.

Lead onboarding, adoption, and support for courier customers; troubleshoot workflows; analyze customer data for churn risks; surface product feedback; identify expansion opportunities; build scalable CS processes and documentation while collaborating with product, sales, and engineering.

The Customer Success Manager will educate clients on creative strategy, build relationships, and help maximize their use of Motion's platform through engagement and tailored support.
