Design engineers will perform concept development, 3D modeling, and detailed component and assembly design; apply GD&T and tolerance stack-ups; iterate prototypes from test feedback; collaborate in design reviews with manufacturing and quality; and manage design documentation and PLM/BOM releases.

Handle inbound bilingual (English/Spanish) auto claim intake and First Notice of Loss (FNOL): create claims, collect accident details, initiate inspections/rentals, provide customer service, escalate as needed, and use multiple systems and AI tools to support claim progression and metrics.

Lead enterprise technology strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud services, AI governance, vendor and budget management, and IT operations for a distributed nonprofit. Oversee infrastructure modernization, technology roadmaps, security and compliance, staff support, and a Senior Systems Administrator while driving digital transformation and responsible AI adoption.

Lead and build the revenue operations function: own HubSpot CRM, pipeline hygiene, forecasting dashboards, deal desk and RACI, comp and capacity planning, cross-functional processes between sales, supply, legal, and finance, and introduce AI-driven efficiencies to automate reporting and ops.

Manage candidate experience from application through interview: coordinate interviews, source and review applicants, maintain hiring data, partner with recruiters and managers, and improve recruiting operations and candidate experience.

Work with sales and engineering to own the technical pre-sales process: gather requirements, design AI agent integrations, write and review APIs, run hands-on trials using prospect call data, iterate prompts and conversational designs, analyze conversational insights, and present technical findings to business and technical stakeholders.
