Own Dispatch’s day-to-day legal function as a hands-on commercial attorney. Responsibilities include negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements, MSAs, order forms, DPAs, security addenda, privacy and data-sharing arrangements, employment agreements, vendor contracts, and other operational matters. The role partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, People, and executives; builds scalable legal templates and playbooks; supports compliance processes; manages outside counsel; and establishes the legal infrastructure for company growth.

Partner with sales and strategic clients to understand requirements, design architectures, support scoping and sandbox environments, develop RFP/RFI responses, deliver technical presentations, and conduct demos and proofs of concept. Guide data migration and implementation planning, present solutions for architecture approval, advise on customer technical strategies, and liaise across clients, engineering, product, and support teams. Apply healthcare integration expertise, particularly HL7 FHIR, to support scalable customer solutions.

Own product areas for an autonomous banking platform, translating backend capabilities (APIs, async workflows, ML) into user-facing features. Conduct customer discovery, define technical requirements and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, partner with engineering on scoping and de-risking, and validate outcomes using feedback loops and analytics.

Maintain financial records in QuickBooks across multiple entities, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and merchant accounts, support month-end close and journal entries, prepare financial reports, track expenses, assist with budgeting and cash flow reporting, and support the CFO with financial projects.

Supports contract development, negotiation, maintenance, research, analysis, and documentation. Coordinates contract processes, monitors inquiries and single case agreements, reviews proposals for accuracy and completeness, recommends changes, and identifies improvement opportunities. The role ensures contracts are properly signed, stored, and maintained while collaborating with internal departments and meeting high standards for productivity, accuracy, organization, and follow-up.
