As a Group Account Director, you will lead client relationships, oversee engagements, and drive strategic direction for internal teams. Your role involves building trust, mentoring, and expanding client accounts, ensuring high-quality outputs.

Gather and document business and user requirements, define system scope, suggest workflow improvements, modify/test/implement third-party software or scripts, lead small-to-mid projects, fully document requirements/testing/code/processes, and mentor Associate Systems Analysts.

Lead technical data exchange and onboarding for client file feeds, own inbound data quality and acceptance criteria, detect and resolve quality degradation, document integrations and specs, coordinate with engineering/product/analytics and client teams, and drive standardization and process improvements to ensure timely, spec-compliant file exchanges and SLA adherence.

Serve as strategic finance leader driving FP&A, accounting, treasury, forecasting, and capital allocation. Responsible for sourcing and closing net-new enterprise accounts in the Southeast, developing territory strategies, building executive sponsorship and champions, running value-driven sales cycles and tight POCs, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting ARR targets through data-driven ROI justification and repeatable sales processes.

In this role, you'll own enterprise sales, manage key accounts, build relationships, close deals, and collaborate across teams to meet sales objectives.

Own AI Edge content production and strategy: write long-form educational posts, curate a bi-weekly newsletter, repurpose workshops into multi-channel content, coordinate creators, partner with SEO and paid teams, and ensure evergreen content positions the brand as an AI and tech authority.

Lead Sales Operations for ThreatDown, owning systems, data, processes, and analytics to drive revenue. Modernize reporting, automate workflows, improve Salesforce data hygiene, manage comp and territory design, and build sales analytics to inform GTM investments. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and CS.

Lead a portfolio of merchant clients through onboarding and ongoing program management. Serve as primary contact, drive performance and growth plans, analyze data, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance and contractual obligations, resolve operational issues, and deliver regular client reviews to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and data warehouse models. Ensure data quality, observability, performance, and security. Own workstreams, support production incidents, and enable analysts and downstream applications.
