Develop and maintain iOS, Android, and web development platforms for the myQ connectivity program. Lead technical planning across scrum teams, translate product requirements into software designs, implement complex features, oversee releases, improve development processes, and enforce quality standards. The role mentors engineers, leads offshore teams, collaborates with product, architecture, DevOps, firmware, infrastructure, and QA teams, and contributes to architectural decisions, technical documentation, interviews, and continuous improvement.

Leads software engineering teams building AI-enabled developer tooling, governed agent platforms, self-healing production agents, and internal builder workflows. Owns platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, observability, identity and access models, cost governance, operational metrics, and executive reporting. Requires production experience with LLM or agent systems, internal developer platforms, MCP architectures, cloud platforms, CI/CD, OpenTelemetry, and non-human identity models.

Leads engineering for AI development platforms, Builder Tools, governed agent infrastructure, and production agentic systems. Defines architectural standards, technical vision, software development lifecycles, and process improvements; oversees design reviews and complex codebase changes across scrum teams. Collaborates with infrastructure, database, frontend, and architecture teams, mentors engineers, and communicates strategy and roadmaps to leadership. Builds scalable, reliable software using Microsoft technologies and related cloud, database, version control, and messaging systems.

Supports sales strategy and operations through channel sales and inventory reporting, revenue KPI dashboards, data analysis, forecasting insights, go-to-market planning, partner and customer master-data governance, territory administration, and sales enablement. The role integrates data from SAP, Salesforce, and Databricks, develops Power BI or Tableau reporting, advises revenue leaders with actionable recommendations, and coordinates cross-functional improvement projects.

Provides specialized technical assistance and customer support for residential access products. Responsibilities include installation support, order processing, returns, pricing inquiries, shipment verification, complaint escalation, customer follow-up, and converting inquiries into sales.
