Provides high-trust administrative and operational support to founders and C-suite leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, executive communications, travel and expense management, confidential information handling, leadership cadence support, action tracking, and process improvement. Provide advanced technical support, documentation, training, governance, and project execution.

Performs consortium-wide general accounting, financial reporting, audit support, grant and fixed-asset accounting, patient and grant revenue accounting, reconciliations, budgeting, and internal control activities. Collaborates with auditors, finance leadership, and organizational departments to ensure accurate monthly reporting, integrate new business units, improve accounting processes, and support financial systems and policy development.

Manages the Commercial Lines support function, including workflows, quality standards, staff supervision, training, performance management, and customer satisfaction. Supports branch strategy, evaluates insurance markets, oversees service audits, resolves client and personnel issues, and maintains insurer relationships. Also performs commercial insurance account management duties, including risk analysis, renewals, proposals, coverage recommendations, negotiations, policy delivery, payments, and account retention. Maintains required licensing and develops staff and client relationships.

Own and scale a flagship media partnership, including partner relationships, P&L, forecasting, joint business plans, KPIs, SLAs, and commercial growth. Sell new digital assets and revenue opportunities, lead executive communications and business reviews, and collaborate with sales, affiliate marketing, SEO, product, engineering, and finance teams. Optimize partnership performance through data-backed strategies and translate commercial needs into product inputs.

Lead client-facing AI adoption and transformation engagements for mid-market companies. Design and facilitate practical sessions for executives and teams, demonstrate AI use cases, adapt to participant needs, manage client relationships between sessions, support adoption, advise on AI strategy and policy, evaluate evolving tools, and report field insights. Success is measured through behavior change, sustained AI usage, and business results.
