Lead enterprise FP&A for a high-growth CPG business: own long-range planning, enterprise financial model, forecasting cadence, board/executive reporting, strategic financial analysis, and FP&A team building. Partner cross-functionally to inform growth, pricing, margin, working capital, and capital decisions while implementing scalable systems, governance, and reporting to support rapid scale.

Manage a large global client as primary business contact to drive adoption, retention, and net new billings. Source and qualify leads on Upwork, respond to inbound inquiries, write tailored proposals, provide initial consultations and rough estimates, negotiate and upsell, and maintain clear communication between clients and technical teams.

Support enterprise sales by running demos, scoping and owning PoCs, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and guiding customers through evaluation to implementation. Build custom demos and PoC environments, communicate technical value to data teams and executives, feed product/engineering with field insights, and occasionally travel to customer sites and conferences.

Build and evolve HR tech products remotely as a TypeScript/React developer. Implement web interfaces, backend logic, database structures, and integrations (payroll, email/SMS, eSign, billing). Participate in daily agile rituals, perform code reviews, write technical documentation, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Communicate with development teams in Russian and use intermediate English for requirements and docs.

Own SafetyWing's legal function, lead cross-border regulatory and commercial projects, advise product/sales/operations on insurance, data privacy, consumer protection and advertising law, manage filings, disputes, external counsel, and build scalable legal processes and a small internal team.

Own and grow enterprise accounts within an assigned vertical: drive new, add-on and renewal ARR; build strategic account plans; manage complex sales cycles; shape deal strategy and pricing; develop executive relationships; maintain pipeline and forecasting; and use CRM and productivity tools to record sales activity and achieve revenue targets.
