Lead and grow Legrand AV OEM partnerships across multiple channels. Secure design-in wins, manage full OEM sales cycle from concept to production, negotiate supply contracts, align with product, engineering, and supply chain, provide forecasts, lead the OEM team, and support customers with technical and logistical issue resolution.

Lead global commissions strategy and operations, owning CaptivateIQ configuration, calculation logic, payout cycles, reconciliations, controls, dispute resolution, analytics, and team development. Implement IaC, containerized workloads, monitoring, and automation in AWS (SageMaker emphasis), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to improve platform reliability and operational maturity.

Build and maintain resilient backend systems, participate across the product development lifecycle, collaborate with product and design, raise engineering standards, think through system lifecycles and failure modes, and contribute broadly at an early-stage fintech. Work primarily with backend technologies (Go preferred) and cloud/datastore tools.

Manage workers' compensation claims end-to-end, conduct reserve analyses and claim reviews, identify high-risk exposures, facilitate return-to-work programs, provide stakeholder consultations, analyze claims data, and lead special projects to optimize claims processes and reduce total cost of risk.
