Lead end-to-end project and program management for enterprise sales orders, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer engagement, delivery, post-sales support, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects complete on time and within budget.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) technical support to merchants, troubleshooting POS systems, payment processors, networking, Windows and iOS issues via phone and email. Manage escalations, collaborate with sales and product teams, maintain/update documentation and support collateral, and deliver high customer satisfaction while working flexible hours and meeting connectivity requirements.

Manage and grow existing SaaS customer accounts, drive retention and expansion (NRR), sell new products/features, own renewals and pricing, collaborate with Product/CS/Support, and develop account plans aligned to customer outcomes.

Develop and deliver telecom/technology system designs and coordinated BIM deliverables. Produce drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation; participate in client coordination, site walks, construction support, and BIM coordination under senior mentorship. Contribute to proposals, standards, and process improvements while maintaining project documentation and time/expense entries.

Drive territory sales by acquiring new accounts and growing existing retail/wholesale partnerships. Manage merchandising, replenishment, and product launches. Use CRM and sales analytics tools to forecast, track performance, and meet targets. Collaborate with internal teams and FXR for technical sales support. Travel regionally and nationally (~50%) and support trade shows and in-store events.
