Lead and scale a global commercial legal function for AI infrastructure: negotiate high-value software and infrastructure deals, create global contract playbooks and AI-specific terms, ensure regulatory alignment (EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA), build legal ops/CLM and a distributed commercial counsel team, and drive metrics to accelerate GTM velocity.

Serve as Yoodli's first in-house commercial lawyer, owning contract review and negotiation, advising Sales/RevOps/Finance/Product on deal structure and risk, managing DPAs/privacy obligations, building contract templates and playbooks, directing outside counsel, and implementing contract intake/tracking processes.

Provide commercial legal support for sales, finance, product, and engineering: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, partner, vendor, and NDAs; identify data, IP, and privacy risks; build templates and playbooks; use AI-assisted contract tools to streamline workflows; coordinate with data acquisition, product, and privacy teams.

Serve as Syllo’s first dedicated commercial counsel: lead enterprise MSA and NDA negotiations, own IP and data-privacy contract terms, build negotiation playbooks and contract processes, manage contract administration, advise Sales and Customer Success, and identify material legal risk to enable deal velocity while protecting the company.

Own commercial contracting, privacy and data-protection (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA) programs, corporate governance, IP/open-source policy, and telecom/AI regulatory posture. Be the in-house legal function: build playbooks, support Sales/Product/Engineering, and manage outside counsel to keep deals and product shipping moving quickly.
