Negotiate multi-party channel deals, draft core agreements (OEM, reseller, SaaS, DPAs), design vehicle and audit readiness processes, run a deal desk, protect economics across payments and tax, and partner with product/engineering to encode legal logic into the platform. Advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, IP, employment, and governance while managing outside counsel.

Serve as the companys first in-house counsel handling litigation and ADR, resolve business disputes, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on payments-related regulatory and compliance matters, manage outside counsel, and build legal processes and corporate governance.

Evaluate and review AI-generated legal content for accuracy and quality, answer legal questions, recommend authoritative references, share real-world legal workflows and standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve AI performance in legal domains. Provide legal advice and support for anti-corruption and general compliance matters, design and implement controls, support U.S. Public Sector compliance, assist audits and investigations, deliver training, and partner with internal teams to strengthen global compliance programs and remediate issues.

The Legal Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on intellectual property issues, and support legal compliance and disputes while collaborating with internal teams.
