Leverage CLM and AI tools to increase efficiency and ensure compliance.

The Head of Legal will manage legal strategy, compliance, risk, and intellectual property, ensuring adherence to laws across jurisdictions while handling litigation and financial reporting responsibilities.

Participate in a 60-minute virtual interview to walk through contract drafting, review, approval, and procurement workflows; discuss software tools, identify bottlenecks, and provide feedback on administrative tasks and potential solutions.

Serve as sole in-house legal and compliance owner for a national wholesale commercial insurance broker. Mature and run the compliance program, manage state licensing, negotiate carrier and vendor contracts (including binding authority and MGA/MGU arrangements), advise on digital product, privacy (GLBA/state laws), and AI governance, manage outside counsel, and support general counsel matters.

Lead negotiation, structuring, and drafting of complex data center, land, power, and construction transactions. Manage PPAs, interconnection, project finance, tax incentives, outside counsel, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, procurement, and finance.
