The Technical Implementation Manager coordinates the client implementation process, leading discovery sessions, designing solutions, training teams, and ensuring successful project execution across multiple stakeholders.

Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat. Resolve inquiries, process orders/returns, maintain accurate customer records, and meet quality and satisfaction targets while using company systems.

Lead ERP implementation and optimization for project and product cost management in a capital equipment environment. Map and redesign processes, gather requirements, configure functional modules, perform data migration and testing, recommend out-of-the-box vs custom solutions, produce training and change management materials, and support end-user adoption.

Manage comprehensive domestic and international group travel arrangements using Sabre GDS, enforce client policies, book preferred suppliers and charters, handle event accounting and billing, provide customer service and issue resolution, negotiate group contracts, and support meetings/events teams including on-call coverage for large groups.

Lead GTM systems strategy and roadmap, own Salesforce architecture and integrations, manage a Salesforce administrator, run implementations (including CPQ), maintain data governance, security, and documentation, and pilot AI-driven automation to improve revenue operations and data quality.

Manage and grow a remote helpdesk team while providing hands-on tier 2/3 support. Own ticket triage, SLAs/KPIs, onboarding/offboarding, M365/Google Workspace and Azure AD administration, endpoint management via Intune/MDM, vendor and asset lifecycle, security policy enforcement, documentation, and process improvement.
