As a Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer, you'll build and deploy machine learning models, enhance system performance, and collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams for effective solutions.

Ensure uptime, drive integrations and migrations, execute DR/BC plans, and report operational metrics while partnering with the CIO on strategy and roadmaps.

Lead and coach a pod of implementation specialists to execute SaaS customer implementations. Manage project timelines, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and team development. Act as a hands-on player-coach, improve processes for scaling implementations, and coordinate with product and cross-functional teams.
