Manage a variety of litigation matters (general/product/premises liability, insurance defense, construction defect, civil litigation). Handle all discovery phases, take depositions, meet deadlines, build client relationships, and deliver high-quality legal services. Must be admitted to practice in Nevada with 3+ years litigation experience.
