Manage high volumes of inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach to close new customers and expand recurring accounts. Hit conversion and revenue targets, generate accurate quotes using proprietary marketplace technology, maintain CRM and documentation, and drive repeat bookings through account development, objection handling, and data-driven decision making. Manage full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing across multiple divisions in the Central Region. Build talent pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, support offers and pre-employment, track recruiting metrics, and partner with hiring managers. Travel regularly to regional locations to support recruiting events and strengthen field relationships.

Lead marketing science and analytics engagements: design measurement plans, build and interpret statistical and causal models (MMM, experimentation, geo-lift, Bayesian), analyze data with Python and SQL, create dashboards, manage partners, and mentor analysts while communicating insights and recommendations to clients and account teams.

Manage networking, identity, secrets, observability, incident response, enterprise security reviews, runbooks, and release/version discipline while working directly with customers and security teams.

Coordinate marketing operations and event logistics end-to-end: manage project timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, marketing materials, and on-site execution. Support campaign tracking, reporting, and cross-functional follow-up to drive measurable event and program results.
