The Regional Sales Manager will prospect and close new business, manage accounts, run meetings, and achieve sales quotas in the Life Sciences sector.

Provide executive and administrative support to Marine leadership, manage calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential materials. Serve as the in-office receptionist and office manager handling mail, supplies, vendor coordination, onboarding logistics, conference rooms, and event/catering coordination. Foster employee engagement and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment while supporting general administrative needs across the team.

Engage qualified US prospects to conduct discovery calls, deliver demos, handle objections, follow up across channels, maintain CRM records, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets while collaborating with SDR and marketing teams.

Lead FixiHouse brand strategy for homeowners (B2C) and contractors (B2B). Create positioning, messaging architecture, visual identity, and brand guidelines. Embed brand into product experience, run messaging experiments, build brand health metrics and ROI frameworks, and align product, marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.

Design and build a production multi-agent harness and MCP integrations that operate across ERPs, CRMs, and business tools. Own end-to-end production concerns (reliability, observability, permissions, safe workflow execution), scope the product, make architecture decisions, and ship features working closely with CTO, product, engineering, and design. Stay current with agent frameworks and use tools like Claude Code in development.

Embed as the daily technical authority inside a Tier 1 regulated customer to design, defend, and operate NX1 integrations across the data stack. Lead architecture reviews, design integration patterns (identity, CDC, governance, lineage, encryption), surface and qualify new workload opportunities for sales, produce defendable design docs, coordinate internal stakeholders, maintain executive relationships, and lead escalations and vendor governance.

Lead and scale a partner ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MSSPs) across the US West Coast/Canada. Own partner recruiting, onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, co-selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and regional demand generation. Align closely with field sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, improve channel programs, and provide market/competitive insights.

Provide high-touch user support via Intercom, troubleshoot web/mobile and integrations, build Intercom automations and AI-driven workflows, create help center content, report bugs and collaborate with product and engineering, and support onboarding to improve user experience and reduce friction.
