Serve as the centralized point of contact for strategic rental customers in a call-center role. Provide professional, efficient service for equipment and store item rentals, resolve customer needs, coordinate orders, and promote safety. Use probing questions and strong communication to understand concerns. May perform physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs) and work indoors/outdoors as required.
