Serve as Scrum Master/Product Owner for the ARES program: maintain Jira board and product roadmap, convert operational requirements into sprint-ready user stories with testable acceptance criteria, facilitate sprint ceremonies, coordinate UAT and synthesize results, maintain requirements traceability, and liaise between government stakeholders and technical teams.

Lead and manage trainers to deliver consistent CX training across internal and BPO sites. Own delivery operations, coach and calibrate facilitators, analyze training metrics, partner with Instructional Design, manage vendor relationships, and conduct site audits to ensure readiness.

Translate and edit Tagalog-to-English vital records, legal documents, certificates, and transcripts for a U.S. client. Deliver accurate, well-formatted translations on short (1–2 day) deadlines as a freelance contractor, meet productivity targets, and submit per-word rates.
