Supervise a regional Project Accounting team, oversee revenue recognition, gross profit analysis, contract status reviews, project billing, accounts receivable collection support, training, compliance, and financial reporting accuracy. Provide accounting backup during peak periods or emergencies, support Project Managers, and complete ad hoc assignments for senior finance leadership. Overnight travel and extended hours may be required.

Provides customer service, order entry, issue resolution, returns coordination, payment processing, collections, and accounts receivable support. Manages customer accounts, follows up on overdue invoices, documents collection activity, resolves payment discrepancies, and maintains accurate account records. The role also supports freight coordination, showroom activities, file maintenance, and front desk coverage during busy periods.

Leads the accounting team, prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements, supports quarterly and annual reporting, ensures GAAP and income tax basis compliance, and implements process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency. The role also manages a small local accounting team and communicates financial information to management and external stakeholders.

Assist customers with vehicle selection, explain features and benefits, conduct demonstrations and test drives, present pricing and financing options, respond to leads through CRM software, prospect for sales, follow up consistently, maintain product knowledge, and support dealership sales and customer satisfaction goals.
