Deploy and configure ZIA/ZPA, firewalls, VPNs, routing (BGP/OSPF), VLANs and cloud integrations; provide Tier-2+ troubleshooting, POC/pilot validation, performance tuning, documentation, training, and customer-facing implementation services while contributing to process improvements and product feedback.

Develop consumer-centric web applications, enhance usability, collaborate with designers, implement backend software and APIs, write tested code, and follow agile development cycles.
