Serve as the link between commercial strategy and field execution across North America. Work with sales and marketing to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive CRM and commercial tool adoption, support territory and account planning, coach field teams, activate customer-facing programs, and bring field insights to cross-functional teams to improve commercial performance and revenue growth.

Manage special-handling past-due commercial accounts including disputes, fraud, and bankruptcy. Investigate cases end-to-end, communicate with merchants and partners, log bank-compliant documentation, prepare collection notices, and keep accounts audit-ready while supporting broader collections tasks.

Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher partners within the companys real-time performance acquisition platform. Analyze performance data, recommend optimizations, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, coach partners on self-service, and drive strategic initiatives to increase clicks, calls, and leads. Occasional travel (~10%) and potential team leadership responsibilities.

Serve as the firms independent PPLI counsel: evaluate suitability and tax economics, design ownership and trust structures, review offering and carrier documents, conduct independent carrier and product diligence, coordinate multidisciplinary implementation, and develop firm templates and training to scale PPLI capabilities.

Lead product strategy, planning, and delivery for RPA, AI, and technology initiatives. Define requirements, roadmaps, success metrics, and ROI. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, mitigate risk, support change management, and ensure projects deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead and scale content production operations for ~125 corporate magazines, building processes, managing timelines, budgets, KPIs, and a high-performing content team. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Editorial, Design, and Franchise leadership to remove bottlenecks, safeguard brand standards, and increase readership engagement.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for large, complex accounts: prospecting, managing multi-stakeholder deals, running technical proofs-of-concept with engineering, refining enterprise sales plays, and feeding customer insights to product and leadership to drive repeatable revenue.

Provide in-house legal support for commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor, reseller), DPAs/NDAs/BAAs, and info-security terms; advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support corporate governance, employment, and vendor matters while partnering with business stakeholders.

Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML systems across the full model lifecycle. Translate business goals into ML solutions, monitor model performance and drift, perform analyses and experiments, and collaborate with data engineers, product, and domain experts to improve risk assessment and underwriting outcomes.

Provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for programs. Monitor costs, prepare EACs and variance analyses, support proposals/pricing, ensure compliance with accounting and contract requirements, coordinate billing/revenue recognition, mentor junior staff, and support audits and financial reviews.
