Acts as primary technical escalation, performs advanced troubleshooting, documents system designs and migration strategies, configures Z-Band/commercial TV control tech, and participates in after-hours support and retrofit/integration projects.

Prepare and submit project quotations by reviewing bid packages, issuing RFQs to vendors, compiling bid tabulations, and coordinating with outside sales and suppliers.
