Support Partners and Principals in search execution: manage calendars and scheduling, coordinate domestic and international travel, maintain the Thrive candidate database, process expense reports, and produce client/candidate documents to ensure a white-glove search experience.

Lead U.S. financial operations including month-end close, reporting, AP/AR, payroll accounting, cash management, budgeting, intercompany reconciliations, and compliance. Partner with European finance for consolidated reporting, supervise one finance assistant, and provide ad hoc analysis and treasury support using SAP Business ByDesign and QuickBooks.

Lead and grow the Account Management team to drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction for mid-market and enterprise customers. Build scalable processes, tooling, and data-driven programs; manage escalations; partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and CS to improve outcomes and support growth.

Drive new business nationwide by sourcing and managing partnerships with body shops, insurers, and dealerships. Present and sell services, onboard new accounts, represent the company at events, and travel extensively (about 50%) during hail season to grow strategic relationships and revenue.

Lead organic growth and AI visibility strategies, optimizing site structure, schema, and content for search engines and generative AI. Conduct semantic keyword research, manage technical SEO (crawlability, page speed, mobile-first), collaborate with product marketing and content teams, and track organic performance using analytics and AI tracking tools.
