Manage low- to mid-level auto and general liability claims under supervision: confirm coverage, determine compensability, establish reserves, authorize payments within limits, communicate status to stakeholders, adhere to client/carrier guidelines, and support complex claims and team projects as needed.

Lead cost reporting, controllership, audits, and financial analysis for the Federal Employee Program segment. Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and deliverables to BCBSA.
