Lead a team of field experts to drive and implement large-scale operational initiatives across auction sites. Manage project execution, train and support site teams, remove site-specific barriers, coordinate cross-functional resources, and strengthen field-corporate communication to ensure sustainable adoption and operational excellence.

Manage mid-size to large commercial insurance accounts remotely (Eastern Time). Sell and promote trench safety equipment within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations and trainings, prepare sales plans, install equipment, collaborate with branch teams, and use Salesforce/CRM to manage pipeline and opportunities.

Administer and maintain Hyland OnBase platform: monitor, test, troubleshoot, log incidents, collaborate with development and operations for resolution, support disaster recovery, ensure architecture and SDLC compliance, and communicate root causes to stakeholders.
